Osmanthus flower is cultivated for its deliciously fragrant flowers which carry the scent of ripe peaches or apricots. It grows mainly in gardens of Asia, Europe and North America. The Book of Tea from Ming Dynasty writes: "When Sweet Osmanthus flowers are in full bloom, they are like stars in the sky, and their fragrance makes one feel complete freedom of heart and ease of spirit".
Infused Osmanthus Flowers create a perfect afternoon or evening drink. Have it by itself, or blend it with green, oolong or black tea.
