Xiang Cha, or as it translates, Fragrant Tea, is grown in Fujian tea gardens. The sub-tropical climate of warm winters and mild summers allow the plants to develop a good green tea with closed leaf and a delicately tart taste. Xiang Cha is a rare high-mountain variety which draws out a flavour that is wonderfully nutty, bright, and lightly vegetative.
Xiang Cha is one of SanTion's most favourite teas. Not only in has all the characteristics of premium quality green tea, but also puts in some unique aspects, such as lightly ‘smoked' aroma and strong, revitalizing brew.

Appearance:
This tea consists of two kinds of tea leaves, which create interesting, two-colour mixture. Individual leaves, picked early in the season, are curly and dark green. They stand out from the downy white tips of the bud.
Liquor colour is bright and deep yellow.

Refreshing tea with sweet aroma and flavour featuring flowers, roasted nuts, corn and honey.
Origin:
Fuding, Fujian Province, Easter Coast of China.
Fujian is one of the most famous areas to grow and process green teas. The subtropical climate, with comparatively warm winters creates a homeland for some of the best teas in China.
