New craft white tea is made using new production technique. It will be of a great surprise to you that New Craft White Tea looks rather like black tea. Its leaves are long, slightly rolled and brown-golden. Brew is dark orange. Yet New Craft's taste has a typical white tea gracefulness with deep sweetness and herbal notes.

The processing of Fujian New white tea includes three steps: withering, slight rolling, and drying. The withered fresh tea leaves are immediately twisted and dried.

White tea is a specialty of the Chinese province Fujian.The leaves come from a number of varieties of tea cultivars. The most popular are Da Bai (Large White), Xiao Bai (Small White), Narcissus and Chaicha bushes. White tea is the most natural form of tea,using only the finest tea leaves from each bush with a minimal amount of processing.

New studies show that white tea is 10% more effective in improving immune health than green tea. It has potentially the largest amount of health benefits amongst all Chinese Tea. New Craft White Tea has great anti-cancer properties.

Taste & aroma:
New Craft White Tea has a delicate, sweet taste with playful herbal notes. Its aroma is delicate, but clean and fresh with easy to distinguish notes of honey.

Appearance:
Leaves of the New Craft White Tea are long and slightly twisted. The colour of the tea leaves is brown, embellished with some golden highlights. The tea soup is in orange red colour.

Origin:
Fuding, Fujian Province, Southeast coast of China.
Fujian is one of the most famous areas to grow and process green teas. The subtropical climate, with comparatively warm winters creates a homeland for some of the best teas in China.
