The term chahai literally means "tea set", and is used to describe a wide variety of ceramic, porcelain and glass serving vessels. Cha Hai is essential to complete your Gong Fu Tea Set and it keeps the entire process flowing in a continuous, effortless, yet controlled way.
Once your tea is perfectly infused (just the way you like it), decant the liquor into the jug. This way your tea will never over-infuse or become too strong. You can enjoy your finest tea from the chahai, while re-infusing the leaves in the gaiwan.
