The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. Contact
We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We will only send you marketing materials and information on special offers/promotions if you request them or agree to receive them. SanTion International Pty Ltd may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Supply
We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages or in our brochure by any date you might reasonably request knowing that our products have to be packed and posted. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone. Some of our products are nearly always available for immediate dispatch, those with a shorter keeping life may not. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, dispatch will be as soon as possible and not later than 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. We shall issue you with a receipt and tracking number (where applicable) as soon as the ordered goods are posted.
You, the customer, recognize that we do rely on Australia Post postal service (or other suitable carrier for express and overseas deliveries) to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Whereas we have so rarely had a complaint about the quality of our goods, there have been a very small number of occasions when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived by the requested time. Please make sure to inform us if the goods ordered were not delivered within 14 days of postage. We will happily help you investigate the matter with Australia Post. However, we will not be liable for any looses caused by delays in delivery by Australia Post. All the liability for goods is passed on the carrier at the time of postage.

For domestic clients, shipment costs are calculated automatically based on your location (we ask for your postcode during checkout) and total weight of your purchase. Prices quoted are based on Australia Post fees and charges. Customers will have their shipping costs calculated automatically by the Australia Post Delivery Rate Calculator to obtain estimates of delivery times and charges for parcels dispatched using Australia Post services. We use these calculations for Parcel rates. If available, insurance is included in the final calculation.

International Buyers
If you are an overseas buyer and/or you would like your purchase to be shiped oversas, please make sure that you contact us PRIOR completing a purchase. We shall then inform you on all additional postage costs that may apply to your transaction.

This information is only relevant for deliveries made outside Australia.

Please note that for all international orders (orders delivered outside Australia)`you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient country's government once the product reaches your country.

There should be no customs duties for products imported to the United States due to the Australian/US Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that came into effect on January 1, 2005.

For all international orders all additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of products. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be. We are not authorised by international governments to charge import duties on their behalf.

Customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether customs duties will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.

Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from us you are also considered the importer of the ordered product and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances. When ordering from us you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.

Product Description
SanTion International Pty Ltd do all that is in their power to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel any order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

If you prefer to speak with someone, please call us on (02) 9736 35 27. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a massage with your name and contact number on our voicemail system and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.
We are an online company. We post all goods to your door. Pick ups are not available at this point of time.
We shall send you a confirmation of your order within 48 hours from the time you place your order.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at any given time by giving us a cancellation notice in writing. However, please note that in an event of cancellation, you may be charged any costs incurred by SanTion International Pty Ltd in accordance with your order. This cost may include, but is not limited to bank fees, postage, handling charges and packaging costs. We will advise the total cost associated with cancelling the order on a case to case basis.

Return and refund policy
We can assure you of the high quality of our products and we guarantee that the products delivered to you will mach the website picture and description. Therefore, we treat all sales as final. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We only accept return of the non-tea/food item sent to you by mistake. Goods have to be returned in their original, re-sellable condition with all of its packaging materials. Before returning goods that meets the above condition, please contact us with your purchase details including the order number and we will provide you with information on how to return the item at no charge to you.

Transaction currency
SanTion International Pty Ltd is a company registered and trading in Australia. Transaction currency for all orders is Australian Dollar (AUD).

GST and other taxes
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any product provided by SanTion International Pty Ltd are GST inclusive. SanTion International Pty Ltd will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from SanTion International Pty Ltd is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of New South Wales (Australia), and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

you may print or download extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only to a local hard disk

you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material

You may not, except with our explicit written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

Final Note
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of these Terms and Conditions.
